TIP: New Season & Popularity Ranks
It's a new season! Popularity ranks can change rapidly at the start of a new season, especially on new weapons.
Be careful jumping to conclusions for a week or so as the meta starts to shake out.
TIP: Popularity Ranks
The letters F thru S below are Popularity Ranks. They measure how popular your roll is versus the most popular roll for this weapon among the global community. The most popular roll is ranked S+. The least popular is ranked F-. Popular doesn't necessarily mean "good"; unpopular doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Use what you enjoy!

TL;DR, sniper good; Masterwork: Handling for PvP, Reload for PvE, Barrel: Arrowhead Brake, Mags: Flared Mag for PvP, Extended for Triple Tap roll for PvE, Perks: Snapshot/Quickdraw for PvP first slot, Opening Shot/Moving Target for PvP second slot, Triple Tap/Field Prep for PvE first slot, Firing Line/Explosive Rounds for PvE second slot
Being an aggressive sniper, the only real barrel option is Arrowhead Brake as it brings the handling up nicely and let's you really stick to your target. It's a sniper so you really don't want range and aggressive snipers fire slow enough that a lack of stability is noticeable, but ultimately not an issue.
Magazine-wise, you'd want Flared Magwell for PvP and Extended Mag for PvE. Flared Magwell gives you a lot of reload and a little bit of stability and while TacMag is usually my favourite on most guns, the math doesn't give you any extra mag size here. Speaking of math, Extended Mag does give you 1 extra bullet, and with Backup Mag you get another bullet, totaling a 5 round mag size, which with Triple Tap means 7 shots per mag. However, the reload becomes even more terrible, nearing 4 seconds (I think it's exactly 3.68 seconds of whatever, but still), so unless you have a reload trigger like a Hunter dodge or a reload accelerator like a Lunafaction Warlock, its gonna feel painful when you eventually reload. If you're afraid of the long reload or don't have something to refresh the mag or make it faster, just use Flared Magwell.
Masterwork wise, handling for PvP, reload for PvE, nothing much to add, its just simple as that.
Now, the perks, ooooooh the perks. Starting with PvP: the first slot easily goes to Snapshot or Quickdraw. Just straight up makes the sniper faster, depending on your preferred flavour of faster draw or faster aim. Second slot goes to opening shot easily, and for the controller users out there, moving target is just as good. PvE is where it really starts to get good. For the first slot, Triple Tap is pretty much obvious here, letting you hit 7 shots as I said before--which is already good burst damage--and with the second shot options alongside being an aggressive frame, turns the gun into a burst damage monster which picks up its total damage/DPS which usually falls off a cliff due to the slow reload. If you're doing some kind of fast reload build or want a better neutral game/general use roll, Field Prep is great here for not only the extra reserves, but the reload gets really fast as Field Prep shortens the animation, not just speeding it up. Second slot is a bit of an interesting competition. Here you'd likely want Firing Line for that easy, thoughtless 20% precision damage boost in a raid or dungeon setting. Collective Action and Explosive Rounds are great neutral game boosts, with Collective Action being a 20% flat damage boost for 7 seconds that can get extended to 12 seconds, and Explosive Rounds splits the damage in half with the explosion having no falloff and even dealing something like 20-30% extra flat damage. Niche options include Demolitionist, Cascade Point and High Ground. Demo let's you insta reload with a nade, nice for skipping a reload but you miss that extra flat damage form the damage perks and spend your nade. Cascade Point is kind of a meme since it lets you absolutely crank out shots, but you realistically don't do any extra damage, so its only good for extremely short damage phases. High Ground is a 20% boost, which matches Collective Action, but requires you to be about a Knight's height above the ground your target is standing on (not the target itself, just what its standing on!) and there's very few meaningful arenas and encounters where you can leverage this.
