TIP: New Season & Popularity Ranks
It's a new season! Popularity ranks can change rapidly at the start of a new season, especially on new weapons.
Be careful jumping to conclusions for a week or so as the meta starts to shake out.
TIP: Popularity Ranks
The letters F thru S below are Popularity Ranks. They measure how popular your roll is versus the most popular roll for this weapon among the global community. The most popular roll is ranked S+. The least popular is ranked F-. Popular doesn't necessarily mean "good"; unpopular doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Use what you enjoy!

Good 180 RPM for everyone but Hunters w/ Lucky Pants where it is an absolute monster with multiple excellent rolls (literally the highest DPS legendary primary in the game)
- Third Column has clear winner in Reconstruction but 4TTC and Ambitious Assassin being decent alternatives
- Fourth column has a little flexibility between Vorpal (best in slot), Harmony, Redirection and HIR.
I have a og roll w/ 4TTC + Vorpal roll that still slaps boss cheeks
Would be way better if it was craft-able simply because as i said earlier it can be seen as a middle ground between 2 already craft-able guns. the only reason i can think of as to why this is the case is that we got 2 other craft-able 180s this season. yeah it is a dungeon weapon which typically are not craft-able, but in duality the reissued guns were craftable.
That said, there are two scenarios where I can recommend getting this. Those two scenarios are why this is getting a 4/5 from me. The first is if you don't have one with timed payload already. Look, the fact that this can summon Warmind cells really elevates it and sometimes the artifact restricts what we can use. Hand Cannons are currently on the artifact. They will be again in future seasons, and this gun gives us extra options while also still allowing us to run Warmind cell builds. Second, and I think this is way more compelling, is if you're a hunter that uses Lucky Pants. This gun is probably the best option for a Lucky Pants user.
If I were just talking about Lucky Pants, I'd give this a 5/5 review, but Lucky Pants is only available to one class and I'd also argue that class has better options for DPS. But this game should be about fun, and if you have fun using Lucky Pants then you should use this gun to be as effective as possible.
Lucky Pants users will likely seek out Vorpal but should not overlook Redirection. If you are a Lucky Pants user, I think you should test both perks to see what fits your gameplay style. Redirection is underrated because it's poorly explained. However, if you understand it, it arguably offers way more burst damage in comparison to a vorpal roll.
Basically, at 20 stacks you get 4 shots of 100% damage and that buff is enhanced by/works in tandem with Lucky Pants. You build redirection stacks by shooting rank-and-file enemies. The thing about redirection is that you have to learn what it considers "rank-and-file." You'd think that "rank-and-file" means red bars, but it doesn't. You'll expend stacks on a red bar servitor or a red bar knight. That means you're using the perk more often than you'd think, but that also makes it harder to build up the perk for bosses or champions. You really have to pay attention to what you're fighting to get the most out of it.
Vorpal just... works. It doesn't offer as much damage, but it is consistent.
All of this being said, these are the two rolls I would look out for. Both are PVE-centric and boil down to a choice between effortless consistency and potential burst damage.
1. Arrowhead Brake, Seraph Rounds, Fourth Time's The Charm, Vorpal
This is probably the most consistent roll you can get. The reason why I'd take Fourth Time's over Reconstruction is that Reconstruction only kicks in if you haven't fired the gun for a few seconds. Since this is a primary, you'll be firing it a lot, and FTTC is a more consistent ammo regeneration perk in that scenario. However, if you're the kind of player that doesn't lean in to their primary as much, then Reconstruction might be worth getting instead.
2. Arrowhead Brake, Seraph Rounds, Reconstruction, Redirection
I pair reconstruction with redirection because of how redirection works. As mentioned earlier, redirection stacks can get used up on certain types of red bar enemies. If you are building up stacks to use with lucky pants on a boss or champion then you're naturally going to use the gun less. You'll stow it and use your energy weapon or your abilities rather than spend the stacks on some dumb Servitor. This will allow reconstruction to work more often than it would on the previous roll.
Ultimately, this one really comes down to you and your preferred playstyle. If you have one with timed payload already then there's no real reason to go after this unless you're using Lucky Pants.
- No more Timed Payload
+ Fourth Times the Charm + Vorpal on Lucky Pants Hunter is the Highest DPS Primary Weapon in the game and does decent DPS outside of that
- Loses to Malfeasance as a Lucky Pants pairing, however, with Malf having Unstop and anti-Taken capabilities too
+ Has access to interesting other perks including Reconstruction, Redirection, and Harmony
- Is a 180rpm Hand Cannon with no other real blockbuster perks
- PvP? Lmao
+ Looks sleek as fuck
+ Lore is a Star Wars reference
All in all, I give the Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver 5 dead Gungans out of 6. Excellent when taking advantage of its unique ability to do DPS especially on Hunter, middling in other areas, but saved by a supremely sexy model and sound design.
The loss of Timed Payload removes a lot of what made this weapon good the first time, for both PvE and PvP, also while we get some good stuff like Reconstruction and Seraph Rounds, we also get some dubious stuff like Well Rounded, Air assault and Perfect Float (with i give a pass cuz new perk). The old gun could also come with Drop Mag, with is a retired perk, and exclusive to the lucky fellas who got them.
The weapon can still perform amazing damage to bosses by using Lucky Pants, maybe even more thanks to Redirection, but thats a niche reserved to Hunters.
in pve it keeps its status for the best weapon to pair with lucky pants.... but it lost timed payload and multikill clip.... so its been essentially gutted, BUT DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS THING IN PVP.
Seraph rounds + rangefinder + gutshot = DISGUSTING.
you only need ONE HEADSHOT out of four to secure the kill. it is the most forgiving thing in the world.
Officer Revolver lost almost all of its good general-use perks with this reissue (Payload, MKC, etc) with its only claim to fame being that it can roll with two DSC perks, and the result is a very strange, mixed, and ultimately restrictive perk pool that only appeals to Lucky Pants Hunters (who might already have a better hand cannon to use for DPS by this point anyways [Ikelos HC v1.0.3 can roll Triple Tap/Focused, and it's craftable])
