TIP: New Season & Popularity Ranks
It's a new season! Popularity ranks can change rapidly at the start of a new season, especially on new weapons.
Be careful jumping to conclusions for a week or so as the meta starts to shake out.
TIP: Popularity Ranks
The letters F thru S below are Popularity Ranks. They measure how popular your roll is versus the most popular roll for this weapon among the global community. The most popular roll is ranked S+. The least popular is ranked F-. Popular doesn't necessarily mean "good"; unpopular doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Use what you enjoy!

A Strand 4 burst pulse, this thing actually has some solid PvE options. Rapid Hit is naturally an excellent option for a weapon that can reach near max stacks in one burst, Keep Away is also good and new perk Slice is EXTREMELY useful in the neutral game for its ability to Sever on any class. in Column 4 you have Kill Clip for damage, Hatchling for more Strand synergy, and Deconstruct if thats your thing.
But enough PvE talk, you're here for PvP. Rapid Hit, Keep Away, Eye of the Storm, Slice and Elemental Capacitor, and on the other side you have Headseeker, Kill Clip, Zen Moment and Moving Target. There are so many ways to build this gun for either Lethality or Consistency, and there is quite literally no better Aggressive Pulse in the game for PvP. In fact, its probably up there in terms of PvP pulses period, especially with the stat bumps via Stocks. Pick Arrowhead, Richochet Rounds, your perks and stock of choice and go ham. Rapid Hit/Headseeker seems the most popular option, and I can see why.
Overall, another excellent addition to the Competitive weapon roster, and one definitely worth a try.
If Blast Furnace ever comes back around, things are gonna be real awkward when she finds out I remarried.
Vorpal is going to give this bad boy a 20% flat buff on bosses, vehicles, etc.
Next you have deconstruct, a 40% flat buff to vehicles, constructs, etc. plus it should auto reload some saving you more time with less reloading.
Lastly you slap on Hakke Breach Arms and you got ANOTHER 15-30% buff depending on what you're shooting.
Now you may think "so what" but you know what's coded as a vehicle? Servitors. Meaning that when we have Devils Lair as a GM or any Barrier Servitor when there is antibarrier pulse this thing is going to shred with about 75% damage boost WITHOUT any buffs/debuffs.
I know it's pretty niche but that's pretty insane to me - also throw in the ability to destroy vehicles with ease - so GMs with Tanks like armsdealer will get shredded.
I just got this roll from my runs this week and honestly even if it's not meta right now I can see this being a Beast in some specific content.
The two god rolls for pvp imo are:
1.) small bore, ricochet, rapid hit, headseeker, fitted stock, range masterwork, and counter balance mod. This nets you 100 recoil, 99 range, and 100 stability after rapid hit lands 4 headshots for two seconds and refreshes til enemy is dead. Basically youre almost maxed in 3 stats after the first shot and get faster reload to go with it. Id even be happy with combinations of extended barrel with target adjuster mod or stability masterworks too but would much more prefer the first choice.
2.) Keep away instead of rapid hit and a stability masterwork puts you at max range when keep away is active (almost... 99) and 94 stability and 100 recoil. It relies on distance instead of getting that first shot but almost maxes out recoil, range, and stability just like the first one.
I see the benefit of slice but its too gimmicky for me to ever use. I dont like pvp perks that require kills or abilities to work. I like always active perks like headseeker and rapid hit. Its more reliable. These are just the god rolls id consider to be the best. To each their own though. If my choices didnt inform you already, i hate handling and consider it a wasted stat. Dont come at me saying "but what about handling?!?!?". if i have max recoil, range, and stability, idgamff!
15% damage reduction doesn’t sound like much, but let me put it like this: If an enemy has an Igneous Hammer with Golden Tricorn, they can kill you in 1head-1body. But if you sever them, their efficiency drops back down to 2head-1body. Slice will help you win fights you had no business surviving.
Kinda shocked that this perk isn’t in the fourth column. Yeah, you’d be exchanging stat perks like Rapid Hit for Slice, but it doesn’t matter. This gun’s base stats are absurd.
