Q: What are masterwork rolls?
A: Most legendary weapons are capable of being Masterworked. The masterwork system is a way for you to upgrade your favorite weapons to their maximum potential.
Q: What does it take to upgrade a weapon to a masterwork?
A: Upgrading your weapons, in broad terms, takes a small amount of glimmer, legendary shards, and, most importantly, Enhancement Cores.
Depending on what Tier your weapon is at, the requirements to raise it to the next tier increase the closer the weapon is to being fully masterworked (Tier 10).
Q: What benefits do I get for masterworking a weapon?
A: Each tier that you increase your weapon will grant a small buff to a single stat, chosen randomly when the item drops.
Beyond that, at Tier 5 you gain access to a kill tracker. At Tier 10, your multi-kills will generate orbs of light.
Q: So what are these "masterwork roll" stats?
A: These are the possible stats that upgrading your weapon will grant a bonus to. Depending on what tier you are at, you can grant anywhere from 1-10 additional points in any of the stats listed to your weapon.
Q: Any catch with this?
A: The Bungie API currently says that all weapons can potentially roll with all stats as their masterwork stat. This obviously isn't accurate, as Blast Radius isn't applicable to, say, Auto Rifles.
The list you see on this page is trimmed to only show stats that actually appear on the weapon. However, it is possible that Bungie has additional logic behind the scenes that further filters these
possibilities to, for example, prevent certain items from being able to have an Impact masterwork. Until Bungie modifies the API files to 100% accurately display which masterwork stats are possible on
each item, take what you see here with a pinch of salt.

GOD ROLL ---> Volatile Launch | Disorientation Grenades | Stats for All | Repulser Brace/Disruption Break
---
As for PVP, removing auto-loading makes it easily overpowered by most grenade launchers. A spike grenade + moving target + harmony could do work, but why use this over literally any other special weapon that can confirm a kill without the extra effort. +1 for toxicity w/ disorientating.
I would skip this one, but if you are looking for something like the old roll, "Wilderflight" from spire of the watcher dungeon has disorienting + auto + disruption/vorpal, its void too.
"Repulsor Brace without a way to apply Void debuffs is kinda mid"
"Oh, thats a good wisdom."
...Yeah, I'm not feeling this one. They removed Autoloading, heavily damaging the whole "Blinding Nade weapon swap" style most blinding GLs like to exercise. Enlightened Action on a GL sounds weird... and it is weird. The nature of GLs, particularly one-shot ones, means building and keeping stacks is very tricky. You'd be better off with Stats for All, as its more forgiving, lasts longer, and only requires 3 targets be damaged (Enlightened Action requires 8 FREAKING STACKS just to match Stats for Alls reload and Handling buff). Feeding Frenzy is hard to justify for the same reason (except 2 outright kills rather than mere damage), and Moving Targets presence confuses me (does ADS Aim Assist even work on Special GLs???). Repulsor Brace is your best bet on the other side, unless you'd like to try your hand at doing damage with a regular Lightweight special GL. Disruption Break is here if you're into shieldbreak damage for some reason (Anti-Barrier Grenade Launcher when?).
Honestly, the fact all the perks are relatively evenly popular should tell you all to know. Its a world drop weapon without the one niche that made it stand out originally. The only ways it stands out are in the wrong ways, to Tell you the Truth. Just get Pardon Our Dust, Lingering Dread, Militias Birthright, Empty Vessel, Wild Style, or Wilderflight, they all have Blinding- sorry, DISORIENTING Grenades and much better rolls. Heck, Wilderflight is the same element, fires TWO whole grenades, and gets Repulsor Brace in column 3.
...Oh, and uh, don't bother using this in PvP. You can do so much better.
I already hated this thing years ago because of how unforgiving the shots felt even compared to most blinding nades. Now that you removed Auto-Loading AND gave it a really awful perk pool synergy with decent at best perks by themselves, even with this version being enhanceable, there's just genuinely no point using this.
You want blinding nades? Stick with Wild Style (Adept) or anything in the Kinetic Slot.
Also, I think we can all agree that it is common sense not to use special ammo blinding nade launchers in PvP due to its unforgiving shot nature.
