TIP: New Season & Popularity Ranks
It's a new season! Popularity ranks can change rapidly at the start of a new season, especially on new weapons.
Be careful jumping to conclusions for a week or so as the meta starts to shake out.
TIP: Popularity Ranks
The letters F thru S below are Popularity Ranks. They measure how popular your roll is versus the most popular roll for this weapon among the global community. The most popular roll is ranked S+. The least popular is ranked F-. Popular doesn't necessarily mean "good"; unpopular doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Use what you enjoy!

I have managed to get this beauty crafted already and have setup rolls for both sides of the game and can safety say to anyone interested in the gun, it is phenomenal. For PvE I went with Enhanced Lead From Gold & Voltshot, LFG is for essentially free ammo which will be nice for maintaining Voltshot and having ammo for when clearing rooms or doing DPS otherwise you can go with Compulsive Reloader but honestly... I just don't think it's needed, I'd rather more uptime on the gun itself especially in endgame content but that's a personal preference anyway, use what you like.
Voltshot is very strong though and can turn this thing into an ad-clearing machine or a solid burst DPS option, the Jolt damage from Voltshot is scaled by the damage profile of the weapon it was applied from, Fusion Rifles are in a good spot here dealing about 30k damage per Jolt on a boss (tested on Neomura so while -5 light) which while blasting with Rockets/Grenades or the Fusion as well is quite a nice chunk of damage, however depending on what content you're doing I believe that Jolt damage will vary quite a bit.
With how good Voltshot is though on this weapon I don't think there's much else I can recommend in it's place, sure Demo, Pugilist or even AJ are fun but Voltshot has it all beaten out.
As for PvP, it's arguably one of the best Fusions in the game by default and here's why; Elemental Capacitor on Void. The +20 stability is enough to push the limits of Rapid Fires allowing you to spec into more Range while still maintaining high stability letting you map people with ease, the roll I took for PvP was Smallbore/Projection Fuse/Enhanced Under Pressure/Enhanced Elem Capacitor with a Range Masterwork and Counterbalance Stock, this let's the gun end up having 50 range & 62 Stability (not including the +30 with Under Pressure too) at the same time, for a Rapid Fire this is nuts. Usually you would need to tank one or the other to get each stat up but having both as close as they are and as high as this, you'll be mapping in Adaptive Fusion's ranges with the stability to hit every bolt. It's a little Demon in PvP. You can swap out Elem Capacitor for more damage with Kickstart but that 20 stability is kind of game changing for a Rapid Fire, pick your poison though, it's your choice.
So yeah, this is probably one of my favourite Fusion Rifles to date, thanks Bungie!
