TIP: Popularity Ranks

The letters F thru S below are Popularity Ranks. They measure how popular your roll is versus the most popular roll for this weapon among the global community. The most popular roll is ranked S+. The least popular is ranked F-. Popular doesn't necessarily mean "good"; unpopular doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Use what you enjoy!

Did you like Bygones? This is Bygones, but slightly better stats in every department (and, of course, Energy-oriented.) Multikill clip allows it to do the same amount of damage as High-Impact pulses, allowing it to two-burst in 5 crits 1 body. PvE it notably gets One For All, an up-and-coming perk that performs quite well.

Can have really good rolls both for PvP and PvE.

Ps.: Getting really bored of all the god damn energy primaries.

Like Barrel Roller said, it feels VERY similar to Bygones but in the energy slot. Each burst feels really stable, making it pretty easy to keep all three shots on crit zones.
My particular roll isnt PVE oriented, but holds it own. Chambered comp/flared magwell/quickdraw/rampage w/ rampage spec feels SUPER sticky in PVP. Definitely my new go-to pulse.

I'm sure it's as awesome as Bygones, with non-existent drop rate after weeks of Strikes and NF.

best arc pulse for non-raiders. reminds me of bygones but it has better stats.

i have a ricochet, killing wind, rampage roll and it kicks ass. ofc with the massive perk pool tho grinding a god roll is hard but it can roll subsistence, feeding frenzy, range-finder, and killing wind in third column with dragonfly, rampage, mkc, and ofa in fourth which is nice. also vanguards vindication makes the weapon more enjoyable especially since my main use for this would be legend lost sectors. solid weapon just it cant be focused so grinding this weapon is tedious compared to insidious which is craftable.

While it isn't easy to get a perfect roll on, this pulse outclasses Last Perdition statwise on top of having a low zoom scope. However since it lacks Kill Clip, Last Perdition has better streak potential in PVP. Still, it'll be even more. Fittingly for a Vanguard pulse, One For All, Disruption Break & MKC are very welcome additions in PVE.

For PVE, mine rolled w/ smallbore-extended mag-feeding frenzy and rampage and simply put — it’s nasty man. definitely 2nd column can be slotted with mkc or one for all and it’ll still retain it’s godliness. very satisfying to use and surely recommend.

Bygones 2: Arc Boogaloo. I (somehow) got Full bore, RR, Surplus, MKC, Range MW, and I'm really enjoying it. Don't sleep on Surplus if you happen to get it, it works wonders on this gun. I'm a console player, and my roll has base stability, but with surplus it feels like a laser beam.

A consistent pulse in the most consistent archetype. Number of good rolls available, like feeding frenzy and rampage, but there are other good rolls too. This’ll be a good stand in for an energy weapon when I need a kinetic special.

Arrowhead break, High Cal rounds, Quickdraw, Rampage.

This gun feels soo nice to shoot, its stable, the burst is really thight. Loving it in both pve and pvp, but i use it more often in pvp.
Adaptives arent that popular atm but if you're just trying to have fun in crucible and you have a roll you like, you will have fun!

My mediocre roll with Hammer Forged Rifling, High Caliber Rounds, Feeding Frenzy with Thresh can outclass masterworked Vex Mythoclast almost every time. I don't know what's so special about this gun but it's incredible reliable. Wish I could farm better rolls though.

No ratings for PVE because I've never used it for that.

This weapon is absolutely good tier for me. With arrowhead break ricochet rounds sideways and vorpal weapon with handling me. It lays down guardians in their super or not. Then in pve majors and bosses don't stand much of chance.

Well-rounded with good rolls and stat for PvE and PvP. A legendary "variant" (same design) of the Bayesian. Dope ass looking pulse rifle.

Got this a few days ago and not really used pulse rifles for a long time other than when completing bounties but this thing has virtually no recoil, can keep it directed at headshots at range. is definitely a fun one

Ive got this gun with feeding frenzy and multikill-klip and good gravy this thing melts through everything. With a range masterwork this weapon is the greatest all rounder you can have. Use it in gambit strikes and pvp.

Im proud of this weapon.

Arrowhead+ricochet+moving target+multikill clip range mw controller player

I rarely use pulse rifles but this thing feels good in pvp and has great pve potential. Feels like bygones like others have said or a hopscotch pilgrim for you d1 vets. Best feeling non-sunset adaptive imo
