"Bungie, this is the fourth Heavy Burst frame you've made."
Arcane Embrace is the shotgun of all time. Currently glitched so that the vendor roll comes with a malfunctioning version of Trench Barrel, one that works even after three shots have been fired. Unfortunately, this static roll only has Dual Loader, which means it's not a weapon that can really be brought for extended DPS phases... Imagine Trench Barrel and FTTC...
Now for rolls that actually make sense. FTTC and Precision Instrument seem like the play for DPS, but one wild combo I could see cropping up is with Desperado. Haven't personally tested mine, but it works out great for Pulse Rifles. Maybe a burst DPS option? You could run Voltshot for Arc synergy and ad clear potential, and Surrounded if your target is pretty densely packed in with a bunch of ads. Though, Slug rounds aren't usually a good type of ammo to use in situations like that, especially higher-level endgame content...
Great shotgun, 10/10, Bungo's obsession with 2-round burst weapons has yet to be sated. What's next? Double-fire Rocket Launchers ala Two-Tailed Fox? That'd be a wild experience.
The rest of the time, it's not so beneficial: Either it's hard to trigger Desperado, or else it's not helping much because the bottleneck is--for me--switching between the targets and aiming at their heads. Trying to take advantage of the Desperado buff just makes me miss.
